Chinese churches in Canada have been enjoying significant growth over the past few decades, but their aging Cantonese-speaking congregations have started to show signs of withdrawal from active church ministry. Using the action research approach, this project conducted worship services, training, outreach activities, and regular reviews to mobilize senior Christians to serve in the local church over a period of seven months. The outcomes obtained through feedback showed that the participants have enjoyed personal growth, been revitalized, and re-engaged in serving in the church and outreach activities. Suggestions for other churches to test-run similar projects are also made.en_US
